Questions
Why does Instagram still show AI info after I cleaned the file?
The live post is still the original file, a disclosure is on in the app, one carousel slide was skipped, or Instagram is using a pixel watermark. Cleaning only helps the next upload.
What does Made with AI mean here?
It is the older name for AI info. This page strips tags in the file. It does not switch off a label on a live post.
Does stripping the file hide that an image was made with AI?
No. This page only edits file metadata. Pixel watermarks and in-app disclosures stay. Do not use this to evade a required disclosure.
Can I turn off the label on a live post?
No. Delete that post and upload the cleaned file. A disclosure you set in the app is not in the file.
