How do I remove C2PA from an image?

Is removing C2PA the same as removing SynthID?

No. C2PA is a manifest in the file. SynthID is in the pixels. This page only removes the manifest.

Does this delete a cloud copy of the credential?

No. It removes the manifest embedded in this file. A record stored in the cloud is out of reach.

Does a screenshot remove C2PA?

Often, and it also throws away quality. Inspect the file you will actually publish.
