Service
Remove AI Meta provides a browser-based metadata inspection and stripping utility for files you choose to process. Output quality depends on file structure; malformed files may not clean completely.
Honesty limits
- We do not claim removal of SynthID, TrustMark, or other non-metadata watermarks.
- We do not guarantee that social platforms will omit AI labels or AI Info after you strip metadata.
- You are responsible for lawful use of files you own or are authorized to modify, including disclosure duties where required.
Refunds
Pro is a digital, one-time purchase. Once Pro access has been unlocked successfully, the purchase is generally non-refundable. If a payment fails or you paid but cannot access Pro, contact hello@removeaimeta.com within 14 days so we can investigate and resolve the issue. This policy does not limit any statutory rights you may have. Payments are processed by Waffo Pancake (Waffo.com Limited) as merchant of record where applicable.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service, including Pro access, if we reasonably believe it is being used for abuse, fraud, or illegal activity. If access ends, any provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including disclaimers, limitations, and responsibilities—will continue to apply. No warranty
The tool is provided as-is without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
